Terms & Conditions

Room rates are based on double occupancy. Meals are not included. A three-night deposit is required at time of booking. This is applied to the first and last two nights. Fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival in winter, 15 days in summer. From December 20 to January 5, there is a 7-night minimum. Reservations received over the holiday period of December 20 – January 5 are non refundable if cancelled after October 15.

All rates are quoted in US dollars. Rates do not include 12% service charge and 13% government tax. No charge for children 12 and under staying with an adult. Additional person charge is $US 35/day.
